With the rapid growth of the urban economy and population,the construction of large-scale urban infrastructure in China is developing rapidly.Due to its complicated construction environment,it is generally located in an area with large urban traffic flow and concentrated population distribution.Therefore,the safety of large-scale urban infrastructure construction,The issues of greenness and sustainable development in the late stage of construction have received widespread attention.This paper conducts inference evaluation based on fuzzy cognitive map for the construction safety and green construction of urban subway engineering,which is a representative project in large urban infrastructure,and dynamic fuzzy cognitive map for sustainable development of large urban infrastructure.Reasoning evaluation.In the large-scale urban infrastructure projects,the subway is a representative engineering project.In view of the complex and nonlinear relationship between the evaluation indicators of subway construction safety management capabilities,this paper proposes a fuzzy cognitive map-based safety management capability evaluation model method,and It is used for the evaluation of Wuhan Metro Line 6.Through the literature survey and expert interviews,the safety management capability evaluation index system was constructed.The initial state value and causal correlation strength of the evaluation index were obtained through expert scoring and observation.The FCM model was constructed and verified.Through analysis of the model evaluation results,enterprises were found.Insufficiency in safety management,and give suggestions for improvement to provide a basis for enterprises to improve their safety management capabilities;In view of the problem that there may be conflicts between expert opinions in the process of collecting green expert evaluation during the subway construction process,the DS evidence theory improvement is proposed The fuzzy cognitive map evaluation method takes the causal association strength between experts as indicators as evidence,and uses the possible value of the association strength to form a recognition framework,integrates multi-expert knowledge,and finally takes the green construction evaluation of Metro Line 6 as an example The feasibility of this method was verified.Through the analysis of the model evaluation results,the weak links in the green construction of the enterprise were found,and suggestions for improvement were given to improve the green construction level of the enterprise and provide a basis for the green construction of the enterprise.The sustainable evaluation of facilities is affected by the dynamic changes of social,economic and environmental indicators.The model structure is often unstable.A dynamic fuzzy cognitive map sustainable evaluation model based on Hebbian learning rules is proposed.This model can be considered like the real situation.The online adaptive process of the model finds a suitable correlation matrix through iterative update of indicators to stabilize the model structure and uses it for the sustainable evaluation of large-scale infrastructure in Wuhan.Applicability.
