With the rapid increase in port cargo throughput,port rail transport capacity also grows rapidly.Customers for the safety of rail transport management level also put forward higher requirements.Scientific and efficient railway safety management system can improve customer service satisfaction,and enhance the railway company's comprehensive market competitiveness.The railway safety management level of Dayao Bay Station of Dalian Port Railway Company is unable to meet the increasing traffic volume of cargo.Therefore,it is of great practical value and theoretical significance to carry out detailed analysis and analysis of railway transportation safety management.Based on the analysis of the status quo of railway safety management research and related theoretical knowledge,this paper deeply studies the safety management of Dayao Bay railway transportation.First of all,taking into account the particularity of the problem studied in this paper,paper is based on the realistic factors such as the geographical location of Dayao Bay and the current situation of safety management resource allocation.This paper studies the optimization problem of security management resource allocation and transforms the problem into graph theory.The corresponding nonlinear programming mathematical model is constructed.At the same time,the model of simulated annealing algorithm is designed,and the relevant data of Dayao Bay are analyzed as well as the concrete scheme is given.Secondly,this paper puts forward the evaluation model of railway safety management,On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of safety management in Dayao Bay Station.The fuzzy level comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate it,and some suggestions are given at the same time.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of Dayao Bay railway,and gives practical and effective measures for safety management.
