Study On Safety Management For Nanchang Railway Transportation

Urban rail transit as the main public transport of big cities provides a safe,comf ortable and fast choice for the general public.It does not only alleviates the congestio n in big cities,but also drives social and economic development to a certain extent.S ubway operation system is a synthesize system integrated of electric power,communic ation,signal and power equipment,automatic control,such as civil engineering,orbit su bsystem,and increase the difficulty of safety management and accident emergency re scue.At the same time,it also brings about the safety management problem of urban r ail transit operation,which is directly related to the safety of life andproperty of the people.Therefore,the research is established for the model of local traffic safety ma nagement,in order to prevent accidents,and improve the ability of mergency dispos al and reduce the accident harm to society,become the important subject of urban rail traffic safety operation.Based on the theory and method of system engineering and r elated theory of safety management,from the analysis of subway operation accident,t his paper has completed the following work:(1)Firstly,the safety-related theory is introduced in detail,and the theory of saf ety system engineering,safety theory,hazard identification theory and accident cause t heory are introduced,and the relationship between them is analyzed and summarized.(2)By collecting hundreds of rail traffic accidents at home and abroad,further analysis shows that safety accidents are mainly caused by equipment failure,man-mad e operation or illegal operation,natural disasters and passengers themselves.Then,usin g the accident tree analysis method,the root cause of the typical accident is analyzed,and the four influencing factors of man,machine,ring and management are analyzed and summarized.(3)Aiming at the existing problems of the subway safety management system,t his paper establishes the safety management mode of the subway operation with the b asic knowledge of the security theory and the PDCA theory,elaborates the basic elem ents of the safety management mode,and summarizes the implementation steps and sp ecific contents of the safety mode of urban rail transit from the four aspects of planni ng,implementation,verification and management review.
