Study On Application Of BIM Technology In Project Construction Management

With the rapid development of China's economy and the significant improvement of people's quality of life,the role of construction industry is also gradually strengthened.However,the domestic construction industry has been facing challenges from home and abroad after the 21 st century.On the one hand,compared with foreign advanced building design and construction concept,China is relatively weak position;on the other hand,the domestic people propose higher and higher requirements in the design and construction of building,increasing the difficulty of construction.BIM technology's application makes the professional staff to rethink a new way of construction to improve the control of progress,cost,quality and the management of information,contracts,security and comprehensive organization and coordination in the construction process,through applying BIM in the project construction management,so as to effectively solve the problems in existing construction management system.Therefore,in order to improve domestic construction management level,the paper studies the following application of BIM technology in project construction management :Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic theories of BIM technology and project construction management.BIM has the features of coordination,visualization,simulation,optimization,and can be graphic,playing a orresponding role in the project construction management process.Secondly,this paper studies the problems in the existing construction management.It analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the current project construction management from the aspects of quality management,safety management,cost management and progress control,and puts forward that BIM technology has certain effect and value in solving these difficulties.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the comprehensive application of BIM technology in project construction management.Establishing a 3D model before the construction,people can attain the visual understanding of the project construction results,then rapidly preparate the plan budget,reasonably allocate resources,adjust and optimize the schedule,and simulate collision test.In construction process,BIM5 D can simulate construction,grasp the control of progress and cost,use information integration platform to ensure information upload,update,interact,andstrengthen the site control.After the construction,through the BIM platform people can track the information stored in the components to carry out quality acceptance,improve quality assurance,and timely collect the information to lay the foundation for component inspection,emergency treatment in project operation and maintenance.Finally,this paper takes the financial building as the research object,and analyzes the application of BIM technology in project construction management.First of all,use BIM hardware and software to establish model,set up construction drawings quickly.Then the practical application effect is analyzed respectively from the aspects of visualization,virtual construction,information sharing and professional cooperation.At the same time,summary the combined situation of "three control three tube a coordination" and BIM technology.The research found that BIM technology is applied to the whole construction stage of the project,giving full play to the advantages of visualization,simulation,coordination,information and so on,and really make the pre-construction work,process control the construction,results check the construction,achieving the fine management of the project.
