| With the rapid development of my country’s social economy,the construction industry has developed into a pillar industry of the national economy,and many problems have been exposed during the rapid development,which not only caused huge casualties and economic losses,but also produced a negative social impact.As an important part of the construction industry,housing construction projects have the characteristics of long construction period,large project investment,complex structural construction,and difficult organization and coordination.Traditional extensive construction management has poor predictability and low construction management level,which is difficult to meet the sustainability of housing construction.The actual needs of development.Therefore,it is urgent to use information technology as a means to realize the improvement of engineering construction management level and the leapfrog development of the construction industry.BIM(Building Information Modeling,hereinafter referred to as“BIM”)technology relies on its characteristics of simulation,visualization,coordination,optimization,and graphability to provide technical support for the realization of the fine construction management of the whole process of housing construction.The construction management application of BIM technology in the whole process of housing construction has important research value and practical significance.This paper explores the application of BIM technology in the construction process of housing construction as the goal.Based on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of construction management of housing construction,relying on specific engineering examples,the establishment of a high-rise residential building structure and mechanical and electrical installation BIM model,And carry out the specific application of BIM technology-based engineering construction at each stage,and finally comprehensively put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of BIM technology application in engineering project construction management.The main research results are as follows:(1)Analyze the current situation and existing problems of the current housing construction management by consulting relevant documents.Firstly,explore the way to solve problems based on BIM technology construction management;secondly,discuss the connotation and development process of BIM technology,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing BIM technology implementation application series software,and select Autodesk Revit as the core modeling software for engineering projects;finally The KS garden in a new district is a specific case.Through information input and model fine setting,the civil engineering and electromechanical BIM model is constructed,and the BIM technology implementation plan is formulated in detail to lay the foundation for the application and implementation of BIM technology.(2)Explore the application effect of BIM technology in housing construction.Relying on specific engineering examples and using the BIM three-dimensional model as the carrier,the comprehensive application of BIM technology from the construction bidding stage to the completion acceptance stage is carried out.The results show that:BIM technology assists construction management,not only assisting managers to quickly compile the bill of quantities,complete the preparation and optimization of construction plans,but also greatly improve construction quality,reduce construction costs,accelerate construction progress,and ensure construction during construction implementation and completion acceptance.Safety,improve the efficiency of contract and information management,and finally achieve the goal of refined management of engineering construction.(3)Propose safeguard measures for the implementation and application of BIM technology in engineering projects.Put forward countermeasures and measures from the three aspects of engineering construction organization guarantee,system guarantee and personnel guarantee to ensure that BIM technology is implemented in the construction management of the project,so as to realize the refined construction management of the housing construction project and create for the construction parties of the project Certain economic and social benefits.This research aims to establish a complete system to ensure the implementation and application of BIM technology,and provide an important reference for the in-depth promotion and application research of BIM technology in the field of engineering construction in my country. |
