Application Research Of BIM Technology In Construction Project Cost Management

Construction companies play an important role in the construction industry and play an indispensable role in the development of the national economy.Generally,in construction projects,cost management is one of the important tasks under the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of construction.The construction of most construction projects ultimately needs to reflect their value through economic benefits.As an emerging technology,BIM has emerged in the construction industry due to its high efficiency,resource saving,and cost reduction.Based on the background and current situation of the application of BIM technology in construction project cost management,I discovered the problems of BIM in the construction project cost management application,and identified the main factors affecting the application of BIM technology,and hierarchically divided the factors in order to find the impact of BIM The key factors of technology application,and try to give countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.This article first summarizes the domestic and international research status of BIM technology and the construction project cost management theory.Analyze and summarize the problems existing in the BIM application process,and identify the factors that affect the application of BIM technology in construction project cost management through literature analysis.Through questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process,analyze the influencing factors of BIM application in construction project cost management,determine the weight value of each influencing factor index,find out the main influencing factors,and analyze the main influencing factors by establishing an explanatory structural model,Establish an adjacent-order matrix,develop operations on the adjacent-order matrix through a Boolean operation rule and establish a reachable matrix,hierarchically divide the reachable matrix,find out the hierarchical relationship and independent relationship between the main influencing factors,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the relationship between the main influencing factors.At present,there are many literatures on how to apply BIM technology in construction project cost management,but there are few studies on the current status of BIM in construction project cost management and the problems in the application process.This paper studies,identifies and attempts to give corresponding solutions and suggestions on the main application influencing factors of BIM technology in construction project cost management,and provides theoretical guidance and suggestions for the deeper application of BIM technology in construction project cost management.
