Research On The Application Of Product-lifecycle-mangement Technology In Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Industry

Product-Lifecycle-Management(Product-Lifecycle-Mangement,PLM)is an important factor of the information administration of modern producing companies.It is a technique,which is closely related to management and product development processes,but it is especially used between companies which set up cooperation in the field of product research.Companies which are able to use PLM can reduce the construction-cycle of the product,reduce the amount of necessary technical adjustments and implement the product in the market faster.This thesis is based on the point of view of a manufacturer for electric vehicles.The target is to explore a software platform for the development of electric vehicle,production and logistics.Via the setting up of an administration platform,a Project Process Management,Product Data Management,Business Process Management and System Management,which are based on a common platform,will be realized.In this way the transparence and standards,as well as the product construction dates,the uniqueness and controllability,can be ensured.Furthermore the high business competences,construction knowledges will be supported and the potential for innovation and connections with competitors will be improved.The research backgrounds of this thesis are famous manufacturer for electric verhicles.Based on an overall explanation of the term of PLM,including the content,environment and value,which are put in contrast to the actual situation of the company,the requirements for the realization of PLM and the existing problems of the product production system will be analyzed.Later on fundamental application requirements and design principles of the PLM System,will offer entire project plans,which are based on the PLM System and fit the company's requirements.Through the direction of project management,the efficient interaction of the overall project management and steering can be realized.Furthermore the Product Management mainly controls the database of the product.Additionally the ensuring of the accuracy of dates brings safety control.The implementation of a PLM System for electric vehicle can be subdivided into two steps.The first step to improve the data management is to strengthen quickly the design and development position.Based on the first step,the second step concentrates on the development project management,according to the individual management of manufacturer for electric vehicles.In parallel via the modulation of industrial processs with MPMLink and via the integration of ERP etc.,the deeper development of the PLM System will be pushed forward.Finally,we proposed the implementation methods of PLM and the following benefits for the electric vehicle manufacturing enterprises.
