In industrial manufacturing,heavy machinery products have long life cycle,large size and large number of parts.Therefore,there are many complicated and time-consuming materials data coding,insufficient material information inquiry,correlation between document data and product materials,and inconvenient searching.problem.In order to effectively guide the design and production of heavy machinery products,a centralized heavy machinery design and production electronic data management library was established to realize centralized storage of electronic data for heavy machinery design.Based on the theory of Product Lifecycle Management(PLM),this paper studies the product data management and application of Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,starting from the product data management requirements,and studies the design of the heavy-duty machinery life cycle management system.Focus on the three core contents of data information management coding technology,3D model function design and model data exchange management.The product data management system of heavy industry heavy machinery enterprises based on the whole life cycle has been formed,which provides an industry demonstration for the construction of information technology for heavy machinery,and promotes the development of domestic heavy machinery construction.The main research and results of the thesis include:Firstly,by studying the current situation of data management in mechanical design and production,the requirements of data engineering management of heavy machinery manufacturing enterprises are put forward,especially the product design and production data management based on the whole life cycle,and the relevant domestic research of this research is summarized.The external background summarizes the application of data management in various stages of the product life process,and gives the content method and architecture of the research.Secondly,the product data management system architecture of heavy machinery enterprises is proposed.The paper studies the product coding technology from the data layer,the 3D model design from the method layer,the model data exchange from the result layer,and the system experiment verification from the application layer.The research between the various levels supports each other and solves the practical problems of life cycle management in the enterprise.Thirdly,starting from the demand of PLM,the management data of the same product is replaced by the product data due to the change of time.The product code is classified according to the source of the material,mainly including the cost classification code,the job type code,and the pallet management code.,material code,manufacturing part code,mechanical structure code,etc.The code record file of all prod ucts is realized,and the problem of code value coverage is solved.Fourth,for the current heterogeneous machinery industry,the design tool system is heterogeneous,the enterprise knowledge and tool software are highly coupled,and it is difficult to control independently.Through the 3D model function design,the adapter,the neutral instruction set,and the CAD instruction set are constructed.The CAE instruction set acquires the neutral model XML and realizes the compatibility of the 3D model data file format and collaborative production.Fifth,by constructing a three-dimensional model data exchange center,standardizing model file management,solving the unification of data interaction standards,ensuring the rationalization of data conversion,update,and change,and applying multi-disciplinary joint design to realize the connection of different software platforms to achieve product-oriented integration.Seamless conversion of 3D model data.Sixth,combined with the needs of enterprises,this research applied the system verification method,and carried out the three-dimensional parallel design and development of the heavy machinery,the model collaborative structure,the upload management and the visual monitoring,and realized the application verifica tion of the PLM heavy machinery product data management system.Based on PLM Heavy Industry Machinery Data Management System,Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.carried out engineering application system verification,implementation planning monitoring,product data management,product data management,and realized the innovative development of informationization of mechanical construction process.It promoted the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,improved the automation level of production management,and provided effective support for the construction of heavy machinery machinery oriented to intermediate products.
