Study On The Spatial Pattern Of Shantytowns In Qingdao

Since 1978,Qingdao has experienced the welfare housing distribution,housing difficulties,housing projects,affordable housing construction and other stages,the construction of commercial housing has also been fully developed during this period.Shantytowns as a special form has been accompanied by them.Qingdao city is a problem shantytowns transformation,shantytowns residents are mainly low-income families,they tend to change their living environment,and some rely on government relief,the shantytowns are mostly government led reform,how to design to make the shantytown residents satisfied residential apartment layout? How to make rational use of the historical and cultural value of shanty towns for transformation?The author investigated the library and archives of Qingdao 38 shanty towns,then select 12 shanty towns to conduct field research,summed up the following two aspects: first,the Qingdao shantytowns into residential,apartment layout area to 20~60 square.The second part,Qingdao shantytowns to protect its historical and cultural value,transformed into a public building in the original basis,make it become the kindergarten,activity center and other public space,historical and cultural value has also been retained.In view of these two factors,the focus of this article is: first,combined with the case of shanty area reconstruction,20~60 residential space model is explored,and then the actual project design analysis.Secondly,the selection of a shanty town in Qingdao has great historical value in the transformation of public buildings design research.This article focuses on the following aspects: first,the domestic and foreign policy research is interpreted,and the transformation of Beijing courtyard to the courtyard as an example to explore its spatial patterns.Second,the paper interprets the policies at all stages of Qingdao,and then takes Qingdao Vanke housing as an example to explore the spatial pattern,and points out the direction of the transformation of Qingdao shanty towns in the reform of small apartments.Third,combined with the case study of shanty town reconstruction,explore the spatial pattern of shed change.Fourth,taking the design bidding of Qingdao Huishui and Yuan shed alteration project as an example,the author designs the actual project of shed change,and puts forward the optimization design and transformation strategy in the process of using space model.Fifth,the transformation of shanty towns into public buildings as an example,and explore its spatial patterns.
