Research On The Design Of Public Space Of Centralized Long Rental Apartment In Wuhan Based On Spatial Compound

With the transformation of the housing rental market,the centralized long-term rental apartment has developed rapidly in recent years.However,there are still many problems in the design of public space for rental apartment,and systematic and in-depth analysis is still insufficient.Based on centralized rent the apartment in Wuhan city public space design as the research object,the concrete through the use of centralized rent the apartment public space status quo,plane layout,the functional category,user experience,has carried on the on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey,found the apartment in the function of identical,low utilization rate,single form or showy and so on,these problems directly affect the lease of life status of the youth group,is not conducive to the benign development of centralized rent the apartment.In order to improve the quality of life of young people and the living environment of centralized long-term rented apartments,this paper studies the design path of functions and forms of public space of centralized long-term rented apartments from the perspective of spatial complexity,so as to provide new ideas for the design methods of public space of centralized apartments.First of all,this paper interprets the concepts of centralized long-rented apartment,public space and space compound,introduces the development background of China's centralized apartment,and summarizes the compound theory that can be used for reference in the design of apartment public space.Secondly,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation of the design status of public space of some long-rented apartments in Beijing and Shanghai,combined with some cases of foreign apartment public space design,the basic function categories and corresponding forms of apartments are summarized.Based on the above theoretical study and research,from two aspects of function and form of Wuhan,centralized rent the apartment,analyzing the problems existing in the design of public space,Wuhan apartment and composite based on spatial correlation theory,explore the function of composite,concrete design method of composite interface compound,furniture and so on,form compound into a dominant function,realize the performance space,multiple interface and internal elements form the specific path.Finally,the theory is applied to practice,and the actual cases in the research are selected for redesign.This paper chose Wuhan city Qing Shan district with the regional characteristic Qing Cheng hui apartment,on the basis of the original design of public space to decorate A function,realize the function efficient compound,and the corresponding arrangement of traffic flow,space sequence,interface and interior furniture,the function and form of compound design path was applied to project practice.This study has the significance of improving the living status of tenants,promoting the fine design of centralized apartments,and promoting the development of long-term rental apartments.Through the preliminary exploration of the design of public space of centralized long-term rented apartment in Wuhan,the author hopes to promote the further development of the construction of long-term rented apartment in Wuhan and make a beneficial attempt for the improvement of the renting environment of young people in Wuhan.
