| Many cities in our country are gradually entering the stage of aging.The pension issue has gradually gained a wide range of social concern.With the improvement of our social pension security system,many well-equipped and mature institutions provide a comfortable and convenient living environment for the elderly.The elderly themselves also have a higher level of requirements for their pension living environment.How to provide a set of safe,comfortable,convenient and ecologically integrated environment for the elderly is the subject of continuous exploration for construction practitioners.This paper chooses the public space in the pension apartment as the research object,aiming to draw the design points of the public space of the pension apartment through the relevant theory and case study,and providing some strategic guidance for the design of the public space of the pension apartment in Guangzhou.This paper first elaborates the present situation of the development of the pension apartment in our country,and defines the concept of the public space of the pension apartment,and then explores the behavior of the elderly and the types of public activities from their physiological and psychological characteristics and needs.Chapter 3 takes the three pension apartments in Guangzhou as an example,making a comprehensive and systematic study on the public space of the pension apartments.It analyzes the problems existing in the public space environment of the pension apartments in Guangzhou,and provides the corresponding optimization advice for the designs of the public space for the pension apartments in Guangzhou.Chapter 4 analyzes the basic outputs of the questionnaires and has a brief introduction of the elderly’s attitudes toward the pension apartments in Guangzhou.Chapter 5 puts forward the design objective for the public space of the pension apartment according to the factors that affect the behavior of the elderly and the special needs for the public space.Chapter 6 combines the elements and design principles,and finally sums up the design points of the public space of the pension apartment in Guangzhou. |
