Research On The Design Of Public Space Of Senior Apartment Based On Behavior Mode

Under the social background of the aging process in our country and the increasing demand for the construction of old-age facilities,relying on the guidance of relevant state policies and the capital intervention of developers,the elderly apartment-related industry has developed rapidly.The research of this paper mainly starts from the design strategy.In the design process,more attention is paid to economic indicators and overall planning.However,there are few related studies on the characteristics of the elderly and special behavior characteristics as the starting point of design.Therefore,this article uses the behavior patterns of the elderly as the starting point,and through the on-site observations and questionnaires,we can get the intuitive space usage and internality of the elderly residents.According to the space demand situation of the elderly,a comprehensive analysis of the behavior patterns of the elderly in public spaces is carried out,and qualitative and quantitative research and analysis are carried out on this basis.In terms of theoretical research,the relevant concepts and the definition of space are sorted out through the literature,and the basic composition of public spaces for seniors' apartments is understood.Obtain the characteristics of different spaces and elderly households,and summarize the corresponding design points through theory and analysis.Chapter 1: Introduction,summarizes the research background,understands the relevant theoretical basis,defines the relevant research content,proposes the research direction of the paper,and formulates the research framework.Chapter 2: Make a collation analysis of domestic and foreign related literature and classic cases,and understand the differences between domestic and foreign space development and the impact of related policies and regulations on design.In addition,we sort out the behavior patterns of the elderly and summarize the correlation between space and behavior patterns.Chapter 3: The main content is field investigation.Through analyzing the current status of public spaces of different types of elderly apartment buildings located in Jinan,Zhangjiajie,and Shanghai,the behavioral combing of elderly residents,and their internal needs,the public spaces of the investigation are analyzed.the study.Chapter 4: The design research part,first put forward a certain strategic analysis.Combining the previous behavior pattern and behavior ratio statistical research with corresponding spatial conditions,the space is subdivided to make the space design that best fits the behavior pattern.From small to large,different types of spatial combinations are given.Chapter 5: Based on the previous related research,complete the design of the actual project in Jinan and make an analysis.Chapter 6: Describes the content of the full text and the shortcomings of writing.
