Study On Community Health Services Center Of Changsha Based On Hierarchical Medical System

Hierarchical medical system is working at different levels of medical institutions.Community health service center is the main carrier of hierarchical medical system.The operation and realization of the system takes time,while architectural construction is cyclical and regional,both of which are in need of running-in with each other.As a consequence,it is definitely essential to study community health service centers that are based on hierarchical treatment.The design strategy of community health service center in Changsha has some reference significance for future construction,which makes the construction more reasonable and better serve the residents of the community and make effective use of construction resources.In this paper,the literature analysis method is used to analyze and summarize the construction of health resources and community health service center in Changsha city,and to provide the theoretical basis of this paper.Using the survey analysis method and the comparative analysis method,the observation and comparison of the housing of Changsha Community Health Service Center were carried out.Questionnaires were used to carry out questionnaire survey.Which leads to the status quo and contradictory solution.On the one hand,Changsha is taken as the actual site of research,providing a realistic basis with its urban planning and community health service center construction.I will explain the status of health resources in Changsha,selecting 7 representatives of the community health service centers and taking field observation records.By analyzing 6 aspects including construction overview,site and traffic,plan function,traffic space,architectural image&material&color&logo,building environment,I will find out both advantages and disadvantages of these cases,and explain the reasons behind.On the other hand,the theoretical basis of the study will be elaborated.Making an illustration of hierarchical medical system and related policies,taking control from 4 aspects including location planning,construction policy,function space,service space,based on the analysis of the construction standard and service object of the community health service center,which will finally lead to 7 design strategies.The 7 strategies are:site planning,building scale control,construction mode selection,functional design,elastic design,humanized design and architectural environment design,which will help to evaluate and guide the construction of community health service center in Changsha.And eventually,I will discuss,analyze and evaluate single cased based on these proposed design strategies.
