| The external site of Community commercial tends to be closely connected with communities and urban public space, and has been an important factor thataffects the quality of community and urban public open space.From the current situation and future development, China’s large commercial buildings of the community will increase gradually, and the position in thecommunity is becoming more and more important.So the external siteswill havemore and more influences on community open space. From the actual situation,because its characteristic and the lack of humanization design, The external site of Community commercial appeared many problems, and its economic value and social value has been reflected.Based on the view of practice and application, in this paper, the humanized design methods and strategies were used into the external site design of community commercial center, in order to explore the solutions related to the design of external site of community commercial center. On the basis of the corresponding conceptions and the reviews on research status at home and abroad as well as the practical investigations, the spatial features of community commercial center and its effects on urban and community life were summarized. The ubiquitous problems about the external site of community commercial center and their corresponding reasons were concluded as well. Combined with the research on the external ground, some concrete solutions and their essentials were proposed for the design of external site of community commercial center based on the summarization about the humanized designs. Finally the engineering case was given using the proposed methods to check their practicality and operability.The purpose of this paper is to give some potential solutions with a design case for the existing problems about the external site of community commercial center in urban life, which should be based on the theory of humanized design combined with practice. |
