Chinese population aging is accelerating,the phenomenon of the aging of the elderly,disability,loss of intelligence,empy.nest is increasingly common.At present,Chinese limited medical and health resources,pension resources and independent service system are far from meeting the needs of the elderly.The gradually advance of the new medical reform plan responds to this and puts forward the guiding opinions on the combination of medical and health care and old-age care services.Community Healthcare Center has gradually improved its service function and service system after more than 10 years of construction.Moreover,Community Healthcare Center has advantages in service standard,operation standard and policy preference.Therefore,it is an effective way to carry out the "combination of medical care and nursing" service in the Community Healthcare Center to solve the above problems.At present,the research on the "integration of medical care and nursing care" service in Community Healthcare Centers in China still stays at the level of service and form,and there are few related studies on the construction of architecture.A set of rigorous design theory has not been formed to support and respond to the various needs of "integration of medical care and nursing care" in architectural design.Based on this background,the paper discusses the design strategy of the community healthcare center of "integration of medical care and nursing" from the architectural level.Firstly,the paper summarizes the development the mode of Community Healthcare Center and the mode of combining medical treatment and nursing in foreign countries.At the same time,sorting out the research on the architectural design theory of domestic Community Health Center and the research on the construction of elderly care facilities.And to develop institutions as a classification,summary of the model of combined medical and nursing building research.On this basis,the influencing factors of the design of Community Healthcare Center of "integration of medical care and nursing care" were deeply explored.Through field research,record and summarize its construction status;At the same time,through the questio nnaire,we have an indepth understanding of the elderly group’s cognition and utilization of the existing Community Healthcare Center,as well as their specific needs for the community healthcare center to carry out "integration of medical care and nursing care" service in terms of service form,service content and building construction.Combined with the research content,the author sums up the shortcomings of currently Community Healthcare Center in the selected location layout,relevant functional configuration,space combination and the space environment and the detail design of dealing with " integration of medical care and nursing care ",in view of the above shortcomings,this paper explores the corresponding soluti on.Under the premise of taking into account the location layout,Summarize the service model and process of the Community Healthcare Center of "integration of medical care and nursing care".Combined with the needs of the elderly in different health stages,and constructively put forword four kinds of spatial combination.As well as taking the needs of the elderly as a starting point,Optimize space size and architectural space environment and detail.Finally,based on the research results,the actual case.Hongshan Street Community Healthcare Center was optimized and transformed into the Community Healthcare Center of“medical and health.integrated”.
