Study On The Whole Process Cost Control Of XX Municipal Road Project In Ji’nan

Municipal construction industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the municipal construction enterprises have to meet the demanding requirements of some owners,including striving for various quality awards,tight schedule requirements,low bidding price etc.for the better sustainable development.This construction enterprise cost control management put forward more and more high request.Based on this,this article takes the XX municipal road in Ji’nan as the research object,ponder how to strengthen the whole process cost management of the municipal road project,and evaluate the project cost management from the aspect of the cost control factor management,and finally put forward the feasible suggestion.The article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction and related concepts and theoretical basis of this article,mainly explain the background of the article,the significance of the study and the theoretical basis of the analysis.The third part is the analysis of the risks,elements and dynamic influencing factors of municipal road projects.It includes three parts:the analysis of the risk factors of the municipal road project,the analysis of the whole cost elements of the municipal road project,and the influencing factors of the cost of the municipal road project.Through the analysis of these three aspects clearly illustrates the municipal road project in the implementation of the operation of the whole process covered by the risk,elements and core cost factors.The fourth part is the investigation of the total cost of the municipal road project in the city of Ji’nan,through the design of the investigation scheme and the selection of the survey methods.The survey of the project cost management and the existence of the cost analysis.The fifth part is the whole process cost control management analysis of XX municipal road project.Through the combination of the previous project problems to establish a system of the whole process of cost control management system,in-depth analysis of the whole process of municipal road construction project cost control management.The sixth part is based on the analysis of the previous text,the empirical application.This paper uses AHP method to establish the empirical index system of the dynamic influence of construction cost,and analyzes the results of the project.The seventh part is the conclusion of the full text and the corresponding suggestions as well as the shortcomings of the study.Through the full text analysis,the study found that XX municipal road in Ji’nan of in the whole process of cost management in the lack of construction projects in the whole process of the lack of comprehensive management of the cost of management and lack of dynamic cost management model two issues.And the further research on the improvement of these two problems is carried out.In the process of cost control,the cost control stage,the stage of cost control,the stage of construction cost control,the article analyzes the deficiencies and improvement measures of the project in the cost control stage of the audit stage,Equipment and material price changes as well as changes in the unit price of human factors.
