Research On Risk Management Of Road Construction Project In The Northern Section Of Nantaihu Avenue

In recent years,my country’s modernization construction in all aspects has embarked on a journey,and in order to help the rapid development of the economy,municipal road-related construction projects are also increasing day by day.The vast majority of construction projects in this field have large investment,long period and complex and changeable construction environment,which may become potential risk factors for construction companies contracting for project construction.In order to obtain high-quality construction results,it is destined to select excellent methods according to its own project characteristics to carry out targeted responses and interventions to the risks hidden in all construction links.But for now,There are still many loopholes and shortcomings in the ability of relevant units undertaking such projects to control different risks in each step.Therefore,relevant construction units in this field in my country need to keep improving and further enhance the strength of risk management and control in practice,fully guarantee the construction quality of construction projects.Based on the current development background of municipal roads in my country,this paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the management of various risk factors existing in the construction process of the road construction project of the north section of South Taihu Avenue.Based on the research on risk management at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of risk management in combination with the construction of the road construction project in the north section of South Taihu Avenue.The research purpose,meaning and content of this paper are introduced;the potential risks in each step of the project are analyzed and analyzed in detail by using AHP and other methods.Through data analysis and evaluation,it is concluded that the overall risk evaluation of the project is in good condition,including management risks caused by factors such as management effects,technical risks caused by factors such as technological standards,financial risks caused by factors such as capital chain,and construction operations.The evaluation result of the induced construction risk is that the risk is small.However,there are still medium risks in the project,that is,the natural environment caused by the natural environment and other factors.In the later risk control,it is necessary to focus on strengthening management and control;fully combining the above risk assessment results,targeted and professional response measures for the risk control of the road construction project in the northern section of South Taihu Avenue should be formulated in terms of management,technology,finance,construction and the external natural environment.By exploring the risk management of the road construction project in the north section of South Taihu Avenue,this paper helps the construction of the road construction project in the north section of South Taihu Avenue reasonably avoid and control a variety of risks,and carry out effective risk management,so that the project can be completed safely,efficiently and with high quality.
