Research On The Integrated Management Mode Of Beijing Municipal Engineering Multi-project

With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's government projects are gradually stepping onto the international stage.Many large-scale projects invested and constructed by the government,such as the Belt and Road,Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project,Mombasa Nairobi Railway project and the West-East electricity transmission project,have aroused huge repercussions in the world and at the same time benefited the country and the people.But in recent years,the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous innovation of the international construction industry have caused a huge impact on Chinese government projects.However,the traditional project management model used to solve the problem of how the project management,split each other at all stages of the project life cycle,among stakeholders is difficult to achieve harmonious and unified,severe phenomenon of information island and the lack of specialized management institutions and professionals such as faults,difficult to adapt to the development of large,complex multiple purpose.How to establish a new multi-project management model and implement efficient management of government projects has become the most concerned topic of the government at present.As the center of China's political and cultural development and an international metropolis,the infrastructure construction of Beijing,the capital of China,is not only related to the quality of people's lives,but also to the international image of China.In view of this,this paper takes Beijing municipal engineering as an example,Firstly,it introduces the current management status and the existing project management problems,through the hall three-dimensional architecture and integration management is introduced into the multiple project management ideas,building to the whole process of management and comprehensive management and total factor management framework for system project integration management mode,and discusses on the concrete implementation content;Secondly,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy evaluation method are introduced to establish an evaluation model for the implementation effect of the multi-project integrated management mode.Meanwhile,the evaluation results are analyzed.The results show thatthe multi-project integrated management mode is feasible to solve a series of project management problems in the construction process of Beijing municipal engineering;Finally this paper to ensure that the Beijing municipal engineering project integration management model more smooth implementation of the four protection measures,including organization management,communication management,risk management and the new type of contractual relationship.
