Performance Appraisal Of Project Management Organization Communication Management

In recent years,China’s investment through the rapid development of the national economy,the construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy has also been a major opportunity.Supervision system is one of the basic systems of China’s construction industry,after years of implementation,gradually deviated from the original intention of the establishment of the system.With the large-scale and complex projects,supervisors need to change their working thinking to adapt to the new forms of construction.The main project management of project supervision is done through different forms of communication.This paper combines the thinking of communication management with the practice of engineering supervision,and provides a new idea of engineering supervision research.First of all,this paper expounds the communication management theory of the project supervision institution from the point of view of the project supervision institution,including the communication object,the communication way and the main communication content.And then based on the DEA theory to determine the performance appraisal of the input and output indicators.The input indicators are the average salary of the staff,the number of personnel and other costs,the output indicators for the internal communication satisfaction score and external communication satisfaction score.And then elaborated on the input and output index data acquisition method.The input metrics can be obtained directly by querying the project data.In order to obtain the communication satisfaction score,firstly,the communication satisfaction appraisal system is constructed by combing the communication management content of the project supervision institution.Then,on the basis of the questionnaire survey and analysis,the preliminary established indicators are carried out.Optimization,and finally established a communication satisfaction appraisal index.And then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the grading weights and final weights of all levels of indicators,according to the weight of the development of the project supervision agencies communication management satisfaction score table.Finally,ten representative decision units(DMU)are selected according to the characteristics of the study.Then,the input and output model of DEA are determined according to the requirements of this study and the purpose of appraisal.Use the project supervision agency to communicate the satisfaction appraisal form and access the relevant company project data,obtain the DEA appraisal model input and output indicators of the value.And then use the CCR model to solve the technical efficiency of the communication management of each project supervision institution.Then,the BCC model is used to solve the pure technical efficiency of the communication management of each project supervision institution.Finally,some improvement suggestions are put forward based on the results of model calculation.
