Performance management has always been an important topic explored by various research institutions.It promotes the harmonious development of enterprise managers and employees and helps enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.For enterprises,performance management is an indispensable part of human resources work.Hainan JL engineering supervision company is different from traditional enterprises in terms of personnel structure and organizational structure.Combining with the domestic cultural environment and the characteristics of the engineering supervision industry,it is very necessary to analyze and study the performance management of supervision personnel,and the research results are of reference significance to the management of similar enterprises.Based on the theory of performance management and the basic situation of Hainan JL engineering supervision co.,LTD.,this paper introduces the current performance management system implemented by supervisors in the engineering supervision department.Through the way of questionnaire survey of engineering supervision department’s supervision personnel performance management present situation investigation,analysis from the survey results to the company are:performance indicators with the company’s strategic goal not closely linked,performance appraisal index set not working emphasis,fuzzy performance evaluation standard,unreasonable assessment cycle,performance problems such as lack of communication and guidance in the process of implementing,which laid the foundation for the improvement of the performance management system.According to the development goal and strategic direction of Hainan JL engineering supervision co.,LTD.,this paper puts forward some Suggestions,such as clarifying the supervision process of construction site,improving the job contents of supervisors,optimizing the design of performance indicators and assessment standards,strengthening the implementation process of assessment,improving the application of assessment results and establishing the performance result appeal system.The research results of this paper can help Hainan JL engineering supervision co.,ltd.to optimize the performance management system and lay a foundation for the realization of its strategic objectives.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the performance management of other similar enterprises and promotes the standardization process of supervision personnel management in supervision industry.
