With the rapid development of modern technology,people are constantly improving the quality of life,followed by the increasing energy consumption,which makes energy-saving emission reduction work is imminent.At present,China has a large number of multi-storey residential,and more energy-efficient building,which will cause a great waste of energy.On the one hand is the transformation of the high cost of energy saving;on the other hand,such large-scale renovation project affecting the normal life of residents in a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to provide a set of targeted and feasible energy saving transformation technology to become the most important task of the current energy saving reconstruction project and to promote the sustainable development.In this paper,according to the logical of digging origins--drivering analysis--finding solutions--instance verification which is researching on energy saving reconstruction technology of multi-storey residential.First of all,based on the domestic and foreign existing residential energy-saving transformation research results,studied the multi-storey residential in Tianjin.Then,from the energy saving,economy,and style,summarizes the existing Tianjin multi-storey residential building envelope energy saving transformation strategy,based on the principle of minimum target.Finally,select the "Tianjin University Xinyuancun" as an example.Through the field research method,the software simulation method to carry on the example verification.This paper summarized a set of strategy of energy saving reconstruction of existing multi storey residential buildings in Tianjin.In order to improve the existing residential tenants living quality,the sustainable development of residential and retain existing city style three as a starting point of in-depth research,to provide a set of feasible peripheral supporting structure of energy saving strategy retrofit scheme to Tianjin in the future,both with reference to energy-saving building envelope of multi-storey residential.
