With publishing the urban energy-saving policy and the energy-saving standard, the energy-saving task is imperative. This paper takes the existing multi-storey residential of Shijiazhuang as the research object and discusses the appropriate energy-saving technology of the residential in Shijiazhuang.This paper takes the integration technology of energy-saving as the starting point, and discusses the current situation of domestic and foreign technological development from the two aspects of new energy use and heat preservation of building, namely, solar water heating systems and building envelope insulation system. Integrated solar building, insulation of roof by replacing flat roof with sloping one, wall insulation, windows and doors insulation are discussed to analyze its economic capacity, the integration degree of energy-saving transformation technologies and the building structure, the maturity of construction technology, the climate adaptation, the energy efficiency, the cost recovery period and the feasibility of implementation. Through discussing the successful cases of energy-saving transformation of the urban existing multi-storey residential building, summarize the successful experiences and find out the excellent way for Shijiazhuang. With consideration of the current situation of the multi-storey residential energy-saving transformation in Shijiazhuang, list the detailed suggestions. Explore a set of specific high-efficiency energy-saving programs for the sound development of the residential building in Shijiazhuang to change the current situation of the multi-storey residential energy-saving transformation in Shijiazhuang fundamentally.First, given the social basis and economic capacity of the city, the solar hot water system as a mature application of new energy technologies can be widely spread. Through the analysis of working principles and improvement principles of the solar water heating system, compare and analyze its technical approach with the transformation of the existing multi-storey residential in Shijiazhuang. Make out the solar water heating systems integration technology which is applied to sloping roof, flat roof and wall. Secondly, the paper compares and analyzes the roof insulation technology, external wall insulation and window insulation technology respectively about insulation transformation of the building envelope of the existing multi-storey residential in Shijiazhuang. At last this paper concludes the integrated technology of the envelope structure insulation applicable to the building environment in Shijiazhuang. The innovation of this paper is that the transformation integration technology of the existing multi-storey residential is systematic, practical and economical. This technology can be promoted to the whole city, and can play the maximum energy efficiency as well as making the popularity of the modification technology of the existing multi-storey housing in the city to achieve unity.
