| With the development of social economy,the construction industry continues to develop and innovate,and the "old reform" policy gradually replaces the "shed reform" policy.The housing stock built in Shenzhen in the1980 s and 1990 s constitutes the main body of urban residential buildings today.The vertical transportation of these houses is mainly based on traditional stairs,which can not meet the quality of life requirements of young people,and hinder the travel of the elderly.Therefore,residents are more and more willing to install elevators,and the practice of installing elevators in residential buildings is also increasing,and some experience and lessons are obtained.However,the current research depth is not enough,and there are some defects,which are worthy of further improvement and refinement.Based on the above background,using literature analysis,case analysis,simulation analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper studies the design strategy of adding elevators to existing multi-storey residential buildings in Shenzhen from five aspects.(1)Using the method of literature analysis,this paper analyzes the development process of cities at home and abroad,the aging transformation of old houses and the relevant design theories and policies of urban renewal,which provides a theoretical basis and practical support for the subsequent analysis and countermeasure research on the installation of elevators in existing multi-storey residential buildings in Shenzhen.(2)Throughout the development history of residential areas in Shenzhen,the existing multi-storey residential areas are divided into government agencies,commercial housing and urban village communities;According to the type of building plan and the characteristics of adding elevators,the existing multi-storey residential buildings are divided into three types: staircase type,corridor type and urban village heaven and earth building.Through case analysis,from the planning level,the current characteristics of the existing multi-storey residential quarters in Shenzhen are obtained;From the architectural level,the current characteristics of existing multi-storey residential buildings in Shenzhen are obtained.And through the questionnaire survey,understand the characteristics and psychological needs of the residents of the existing multi-storey residential areas.(3)Through case analysis and simulation analysis,it is found that the installation of elevators effectively solves the problem of vertical traffic,but has some negative effects on the original planning of the community and residential buildings.In terms of community planning,the installed elevators have shortened the building spacing,occupied roads and green space,affected the sunshine and lighting of surrounding houses,and caused negative emotions among residents.In terms of residential buildings,it is concluded that factors such as indoor lighting and sunshine,ventilation,privacy,elevator noise,entry flow line,indoor layout,building facade effect,building structure and so on will affect the installation of elevators in existing multi-storey residential buildings.(4)From the perspective of planning and design,this paper puts forward the basic principles and requirements of adding elevators to existing multi-storey residential buildings in Shenzhen.And from the existing multi-storey residential areas of the restrictions on the installation of elevators,the planning and layout of the installation of elevators,the layout of greening and public spaces in the community,the psychological characteristics of residents and community atmosphere,the planning and design strategies for the installation of elevators in government and commercial housing areas,and the planning and design strategies for the installation of elevators in urban village community buildings are proposed respectively.(5)From the perspective of architectural design,this paper puts forward the basic principles and requirements of adding elevators to existing multi-storey residential buildings in Shenzhen.This paper mainly expounds the design strategy of adding elevators to existing multi-storey residential buildings in Shenzhen from three aspects: building plane,building facade and building structure.Finally,the strategy of adding elevators to existing multi-storey residential buildings in Shenzhen is summarized.This study has a positive reference for the installation of elevators in existing multi-storey residential buildings in Shenzhen. |
