Our country has a widely ocean area with abundant biological,oil,gas,and mine resources.In recent years,the ocean development strategy has been vigorously strengthened by our country,for further improving resource development ability and improving innovation level of ocean.The ocean detecting technology has been widely used in the domain of civil and military.As a useful detecting method,towed array detecting system has characteristics of large amount of data and acquisition underwater acoustic signal in real time,it has been got fast development in recent years.The paper focuses on the operation requirement of the towed array detecting system,designs the self-checking subsystem and high speed data transmission scheme based on Gigabit Ethernet.At the same time,the paper has completed the test for reliability index of towed array detecting system.The main works of the paper was shown as follows:1.Based on the characteristics of the towed array detecting system,the paper introduced underwater system,aboard system and other component modules and analyzed acquisition system and transmission system.2.Designed the self-checking subsystem scheme of acquisition module.Put forward the measure index such as noise.DC offset.Channel consistency.Channel crosstalk and total harmonic distortion.3.Designed the self-checking subsystem in respectively the lay of hardware and software.In the lay of hardware,selected models of DAC,ADC and reference voltage source according to indexes,completed the connection structure of modules in hardware,Designed the logical control unit based on FPGA.In the lay of software,the paper completed the develop of human-computer interaction interface,the calculation and treatment of self-checking data,the show of the indexes and the function of echo waveform.4.The paper designed high speed transmission scheme based on Gigabit Ethernet according to the characteristic of large amount data transmission of detecting system.Combined Open System Interconnect Reference Model,Designed the data link layer,network layer and User Datagram Protocol transmission layer,designed and implemented physical layer.The computer recording system invoked WinPcap network access system based on Qt,completed capture,filter,analysis and saving of Ethernet data packets.5.The paper set up system test form,completed large amount experiments and measures for self-checking subsystem and Gigabit Ethernet.In addition,the paper has done many experiments for reliability indexes of the towed array detecting system,including low and high temperature test for acquisition system and transmission system and the water-tightness performance of electron cabin.
