The Application Research Of Local Elements Of Regional Culture In The Urban Park

With fierce globalization process,construction of a modern city park develops towards international path gradually,which makes the homogeneity phenomenon of park landscape more serious day by day.In the context of globalization,how to construct a city park with natural environment and historical culture setting each other off has become an urgent issue to tackle in current development of domestic city parks.Vernacular element is a product generated from local residents' conforming to natural change as well as trend of social development,which embodies people's summary on life experience,heritage on historical culture,and pursuit of harmony between human and nature.Vernacular element contains quantities of humanistic and ecological design thoughts,which are important basis of continuing regional culture,building place spirit and maintaining eco-environment.On the basis of reviewing history of vernacular element in Luoyang and discussing features of regional culture of city parks in Luoyang,the main body of this paper deeply analyzes the current status of vernacular element in Wangcheng Park,Lospu Park and Sui and Tang Dynasties Relic Botanic Garden,and does further research on problems of vernacular element in city parks,which provide sufficient theoretical guidance to the follow-up study of this paper.Based on theories,this paper emphatically analyzes expression contents,methods and main points of Luoyang's vernacular element and researches deeply on application theories of vernacular element of city parks in Luoyang.And on this basis,the paper proposes modes and methods of vernacular element in practical application,and also interprets the future developing trend and prospect of vernacular element applied in city parks' design.Through above researches and demonstrations on Luoyang's vernacular element applied in city parks,this paper discusses how to take the sustainable development path as to our nation's city parks.Hope that reference and aspiration can be provided to future researchers,and that contribution can be made more or less to researches on coexistence between vernacular element and modern city environment.
