Since the beginning of 21st century,with the continuous growth of China’s economy,many cities have begun to build subway projects in order to alleviate the urban traffic problems,thus meeting the needs of urban development.Up to now,16 subway projects have been built and used in our city,and more than 30 cities are planning and building the subway project.According to relevant information,by 2020,the total length of China’s subway project will exceed 7000 km for the first time,and the total investment scale of the subway project will reach 3 trillion yuan.But the subway engineering construction project is a very complex process,it has the characteristics of large scale,technical personnel,tedious and long construction period in the construction process,the construction of the subway project from the project survey and design to put into operation in the process of risk factors involved very much,there are many factors that influence the construction and uncertainty.Therefore,it is very important to construct a feasible risk management system for subway project.Because the subway project has such characteristics as long construction period and complex project,there are many uncertainties in the subway project.These risk factors are accompanied by all stages of the subway project.Therefore,in order to reduce the risk of subway for the subway project,it is necessary to make a comprehensive,systematic and complex analysis before the construction of the subway,so as to reduce the probability of the risk.This paper first reading at home and abroad subway project references,based on a large number of field investigation and data analysis,according to the risk estimation,risk identification,risk assessment and response to the extension of Shenyang metro line two line with the risk identification and assessment.Secondly,according to the actual situation of metro project risk factors,risk factors on the extension line of Shenyang metro line two by the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate and sort according to the weight,so that the need to focus on risk factors prevention.Finally,this paper gives a detailed explanation of the risk management measures.According to the Shenyang metro line two,the identification and evaluation of scientific extension risk line project,and the evaluation method of AHP is applied to the subway construction project in the actual formation of the subway project of Shenyang metro line two extension project detailed,systematic and scientific risk management methods and measures,provide the management and prevention measures for subway engineering project risk management.
