Heating energy consumption is an important part of the building energy consumption in in northern China.With the rapid development of urbanization,both heating load and heating energy consumption of district heating system is increase rapidly in northern of China.In view of energy consumption structure based on coal,the increasing of heating energy consumption,to a certain extent,make the winter haze worse in winter.Therefore,energysaving of district heating systems is very important to achieve blue sky plan of China.Multi energy network heating technology is one of main technical measures for energy saving,and the efficient operation of the primary heating network can help to increase input of the efficient heat source,and reduce the input of the low efficiency and high cost heat source.This would not only help to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels,but also improve the economic benefit of heating enterprises.In view of characteristics of thepriamry heating network with large heat capacity in central heating system operation and regulation of the primary heating network based on the heat storage is put forward in order to improve the utilization ratio of high efficiency and low cost heat to the inefficient heat utilization.Firstly,mathematic models of the central heating system based on heat storage,then theoretical analysis is carried out.The operation control strategy and regulation scheme of the primary heating network was discussed,and its operation curves and energy saving efficiency was made for different kinds of heating source,different thermal generation coefficient.Finally,the control strategy and regulation scheme of the primary heating network with heat storage has been used to Tongzhou central heating system in Beijing,the studied results of actual operating datum show that operation regulation strategy and regulation scheme of the primary heating network(OAS-AS-PHPN)with heat storage has better energy saving effect and economic benefits,and it could improve anti risk ability of the operation of heating network to a certain extent.The OAS-AS-PHPN has a better engineering application value.The stduied results of this paper are suitable for the central heating system with multi heat sources,and it has a certain reference value for other heating projects.
