Study On The Optimization Of The Scheme Of Freight Collection Of A Company

With the development of the global economy,the volume of international trade increases gradually,and the water transportation has a rapid development.Container transportation has been widely used because of its high efficiency and high efficiency.Although the financial crisis caused the container transport market downturn,but the data show that the next few years is expected to resume the prosperity of the past,the container volume and export volume showed rapid development trend.At the same time,as an extension of the terminal in the inland city,the dry port is booming and is more complicated with the problem of exporting goods.In this environment,A company as a transportation company,faced with a severe test.How to rationalize the development of freight programs,transport routing decisions and reasonable arrangements for customer freight schedules,to meet customer transport tasks while reducing the total cost of A company has become a major problem.In this paper,from the perspective of A company,the paper studies the optimization of freight planning.Firstly,this paper discusses the domestic and international freight planning and related research on dry port,and points out the limitations of the current research and the innovation of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the basic concepts of freight collection and dry port,understanding the characteristics and functions of dry port in the container transport network,and the current situation of A company generally introduced,providing a theoretical support for the following model.Then,taking into account the constraints of the port time and the highway and railway capacity constraints,the mathematical model of minimize total cost is taken as the objective function,which includes the transportation cost and the storage cost as well as customs clearance costs.Considering that this paper belongs to the NP problem and the non-linear term exists in the model,this paper designs a heuristic algorithm which combines the genetic algorithm and the simulated return algorithm to solve the problem,and verifies the validity of the article model and algorithm by solving the concrete example,the reliability of the proposed scheme is proved by comparing with the scheme without optimization,which provides some theoretical support to the decision maker.
