As one of the most important port in China,Nansha Port,where is located in the geographical center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and it is an important carrying area for the construction of a port-type national logistics hub in Guangzhou.At present,the construction of Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port is focused on terminals and storage yards,and the relevant port services are still based on basic logistics services.Therefore,the layout of the functional area of Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port has been optimized,an important task in the hub process,which is the construction of port-type national logistics in Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port.This article will try to improve the infrastructure and enhance the port’s value-added service capabilities as the entry point,as well as the goal of the paper is to minimize the transportation cost,maximize the comprehensive relationship between the functional areas,and minimize the land reconstruction cost.Based on the existing facilities,we propose an improved system The layout design method(Syetematic Layout Planning,SLP)is based on the layout optimization model of the port-type national logistics hub in Nansha Port of Guangzhou Port,and the genetic algorithm is used to achieve the optimal solution of the functional area layout,so that the final layout optimization plan can be more suitable In fact,improve the rationality of the plan.The research in this paper is mainly divided into three parts: One is to determine the types of functional zones in Nansha Port of Guangzhou Port.The article begins to analyze the overall background of the Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port,and analyzes the current situation of the Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port from the aspects of geographic location,policy background,existing infrastructure,and freight capacity.Complete functional area needed to be built in Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port.The second is to determine the future cargo volume of the Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port.The determination of freight volume is the quantitative basis for analyzing the logistics intensity and the required area between the functional areas of Nansha Port of Guangzhou Port.Therefore,this paper uses the survey analysis forecasting method and the gray forecasting model GM(1,1)to evaluate the regional economic development indicators.Based on the theoretical basis that the demand of the logistics industry is directly proportional to the regional economic development,compare the forecast results of the regional economic development indicators and the freight volume indicators to judge the rationality of the forecast results of the freight volume.Finally,it is to determine the layout optimization plan.Based on the consideration of the existing facilities in Nansha Port of Guangzhou Port,this paper proposes a functional layout optimization model based on the improved SLP method by improving the shortcomings of traditional SLP,and uses genetic algorithm to solve the model,and finally combines Guangzhou Port The actual situation of Nansha Port area adjusted the theoretical optimal layout optimization plan.At present,the construction of a port-based national logistics hub in China is still in its infancy.The layout optimization plan proposed in this article focuses on enhancing the functionality and service of the port,this is not only has certain practical significance for the next construction work and later operation management of the Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port,but also has certain guiding significance for the construction of other port-type national logistics hubs.
