With the rapid growth of world economy and trade,the container transport industry has developed rapidly,and the large-scale trend of large-scale ship,especially container ship,has become more and more obvious.This has put forward higher requirements for port collection and distribution.As an inland container transport node,dry port can effectively alleviate the pressure of harbor port in the container port,and promote the development of inland transportation between the inland city and the port,and the role in the field of inland transportation is constantly highlighted.Therefore,to solve the container port port cargo optimization program optimization problem,help to reduce the transport company's total transport costs,inventory costs and out of stock costs for the enterprise to bring economic benefits at the same time bring convenience for the harbor,for the port and inland The economic development of the city is of great significance.This paper first summarizes the relevant research on the collection of harbor and harbor at home and abroad,and puts forward the optimization problem of container port cargo transportation scheme.Secondly,it summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge involved in this paper,including an overview of the relevant theories of dry harbor,a summary of the relevant theories of harbor collection and transportation,and an overview of the port-based port.Then,based on the minimization of transportation cost,inventory cost and out-of-stock cost as the optimization goal,this paper constructs a nonlinear programming model for container port cargo optimization problem,and puts forward the embedded heuristic rules for the characteristics of the problem Hybrid algorithm,genetic algorithm,harmony search algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm effectively combined.Finally,this paper combines the field survey data of S transportation company and the MATLAB software to solve the problem of this paper,and gives the concrete transportation scheme of each cargo owner,including the freight mode and freight schedule.The validity of this method is verified.
