Located in the western end of Bohai Bay,Tianjin Port has an expansive hinterland,including the northeast,north and northwest of China,connecting Northeast Asia,Central and West Asia,and it is not only the maritime portal of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,but also the eastern starting point of the economic corridor of Mongolia,Russia and China,the important node of New Eurasian Land Bridge and the strategic fulcrum of the 21st century Maritime Silk Road.As the basic support of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation and the core area of international shipping in northern China,it is an important foreign trade port.It trades with more than 500 ports in the world and more than 550 liner ship line in a month,the annual container throughput is more than 14.11 million TEUs.With the expansion of international trade in the world,a smooth collection and distribution system of port is an indispensable part of an important water and land transportation hub,which directly affects the development of port throughput in the region,and improves the speed of loading and unloading,turnover,timely delivery and the circulation of goods.For most ports,it is still a relatively weak link and has not yet formed a highly efficient network and the research is relatively less.Therefore,we must pay attention to the optimization of construction and management of port collection and distribution system and improve the integrative function of Tianjin Port.Based on the basic situation of Tianjin Port and the port collection and distribution system,this paper expounds the theoretical significance and application value of the port collection and distribution system,and summarizes the studies on the port collection and distribution system at home and abroadas well as various fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The paper also analyzes the composition and function of the port collection and distribution system.Combining with the development of domestic and international port collection and distribution system,it sums up the factors of the port collection and distribution system.According to the characteristics of the problem,indicator system is determined,and the evaluation method of Tianjin Port is selected.The optimal transfer matrix is used to determine the weight of each index and the nonlinear fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate Tianjin Port.According to the results of the ports and the actual situation of Tianjin Port,this paper puts forward the improvement measures of the highways and railway container transport systems of Tianjin Port from the perspective of strengthening the management of ports themselves,,and elaborates and analyzes the utilization of Tianjin Port container settlement ports system to enhance the operation of container collection and distribution system efficiency.The research can not only provide a basis for the development and construction of Tianjin Port,but also provide reference for relevant decision-making department. |
