| Performance appraisal plays a very important role in the management process of state-owned enterprises.However,most state-owned enterprises do not attach great importance to this work,which leads to insufficient work pressure and motivation of employees,which indirectly leads to problems such as the overall inefficiency of the company.Under this new situation,the managers of state-owned enterprises should recognize the shortcomings of the past,improve the performance appraisal work,formulate and strictly implement the scientific appraisal system,and urge the appraisers to conduct assessments of employees in strict accordance with the appraisal standards,and strengthen the appraisal results in the employee profession.The use of development,job promotion and salary adjustments to motivate employees and improve company management and production efficiency.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the status of performance evaluation of Nine Company,adopt balanced theory and other related theories,help the company to improve the shortcomings of traditional performance appraisal programs,and propose a scientific performance appraisal program to realize the long-term development of the company.Firstly,the article takes Nine Company as the research object,reviews the development status of performance appraisal management at home and abroad,and based on the status of domestic and international performance research,the research content of this paper is clarified.Secondly,the system introduces the theoretical knowledge related to performance appraisal,analyzes the outstanding problems in the performance appraisal of Nine Company,and analyzes the causes in depth.On this basis,the research ideas and research methods of this paper are summarized.Thirdly,the article combines the strategic objectives of Nine Company,uses the balanced scorecard,determines the performance indicators and weights for the company and department assessment,and designs the performance contract and comprehensive capability evaluation standard for the employee assessment,and carries out the performance appraisal system for the nine companies.Improve the design and solve the problem that the traditional performance evaluation indicators of the nine companies are unscientific and the operation is poor.Finally,in view of the problems that the improved performance appraisal program may encounter during the implementation process,the implementation of the safeguard measures is proposed. |
