China’s construction industry is currently showing a high energy consumption and a serious waste of resources and construction waste and industrial,which is not suited to the situation in the current large-scale economic construction.Compared with the traditional construction work,the construction industry can better reflect the "four environmental protection",which is more conducive to building moisture-proof impermeability and sound insulation,but also improving the quality,reducing the cost,speeding up the progress,production safety,social and economic benefits.At present,China’s construction industry is being realized by the traditional mode of production to modern industrial transformation,the formation of architectural design,production,construction and management of the integration of production organization.Assembled buildings will serve as a form of construction or a carrier to promote and promote this transformation.At present,China’s assembly-type steel structure development was on track,national and local governments are also in policy and technical support.In the cold areas of the development of assembly-style construction is relatively slow,the domestic research and pilot projects in this area is not much.To a certain extent,because of the harsh climatic conditions in the cold area of the assembly structure of the steel structure of the thermal insulation.Based on the current development of China’s construction industry,this paper studies the development process and development status of assembly-type steel structure in China and achieves achievements at different stages.Combined with the characteristics of the cold climate in China,the energy consumption and energy saving in the cold area.Finally,the research on the insulation technology of the assembled steel structure in the cold area is carried out in the aspects of the wall,roof,doors and windows,ground and so on.And analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the construction method in the design,quality,cost,cycle,energy saving,environmental protection,fire prevention and waterproofing of the building.Through the induction and research of this paper,we have enriched the theoretical and practical experience of our country in the field of assembled steel structure,and further supplemented the technical theory in severe cold area.Because of the limiting knowledge and experience,ti is hope that the country vigorously promote the development of the assembly of the occasion and the industry to work together to form a suit for China’s national conditions,cold areas,assembly of steel structure development practice and theoretical information.
