With the development of China's modernization,assembly building has become the development direction of China's future construction industry;assembly steel structure building has the advantages of high bearing capacity,good seismic performance,green environmental protection,and so on,which is an important way to realize the industrialization of China's construction.In the process of popularization and application of assembled steel structure residence in China,poor matching between external wall system and steel structure and imperfect construction technology of external wall have become the main problems hindering the popularization and application of assembled steel structure residence.Based on the investigation and analysis of the types and engineering application of the exterior wall of the assembled steel structure,combined with the performance requirements of the exterior wall system of the current assembled building standards,this paper puts forward a new type of composite exterior wall panel structure suitable for the assembled steel structure residential buildings in cold areas.The connection modes between different structural layers are determined;the connection structures between thermal insulation layer and base layer are optimized through mechanical property tests,and the structural design of new type wall panels is completed;based on thermal calculation,the performance characteristics of new type assembled composite wall panels are analyzed,and the application of new type assembled composite wall panels in assembled steel structure buildings is verified.Feasibility.In order to popularize the application of new type assembled composite wallboard in engineering practice,combined with the principle of structural design of assembled external wallboard,the key points and difficulties of structural design of assembled external wallboard are analyzed.On the basis of the joint structure of external wallboard and the connection structure design between wall panel and main structure,the structural design of external hanging vertical external wallboard is completed.With the design of built-in vertical exterior wall panels,it provides engineers and technicians with detailed drawings and technical support for the new type of assembled composite wall panels.Finally,through the air tightness test,water tightness test and low cycle repeated loadingtest of the new assembled composite slab exterior wall specimens after interlayer deformation,the rationality of the composite exterior wall slab joint structure and the connection safety between the wall slab and the main structure are studied.The test results show that the new composite exterior wall can still satisfy the building after interlayer deformation(displacement angle 1/300)test.Curtain wall air tightness level 4 index requirements,water tightness Level 3index requirements,when the inter-story displacement angle reaches 1/100,meet the requirements of assembly building standards for external wall panel not falling.Based on the analysis of the test results,suggestions for the treatment of the joints in the wallboard and optimization measures for the connection between the wallboard and the main structure are put forward to promote the application of the new type of external wallboard in engineering practice.
