The Design Strategy Research Of Steel Structure Used For Rural Housing In Cold Area

In recent years,with the “promotion of steel structure residential building”,“new rural construction” and other policies promulgated,China is actively promoting the use of steel structure and is developing green building materials in the new rural construction.Its purpose is to improve the rural living environment,so that farmers could improve the living standards and live more comfortable.This paper mainly studies the application of steel structure in rural residential buildings.1、This paper mainly introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign steel rural housing,analyzes the typical case of domestic and foreign steel structure rural housing,analyzes the current situation and development trend of China ’s steel structure rural housing from the angles of policy environment and social environment;This paper analyzes the present situation of rural residential population in Shandong province by investigating the present situation of rural population population、structure type and the function space of rural residential area in Shandong province.2、Based on the analysis of rural residential research in Shandong area,the design strategy puts forward.Based on the concept of energy saving and land saving,perfect function and comfortable environment,the design strategy of the courtyard layout,body control,residential plane and residential facade of rural residential area in Shandong province is put forward.From the aspects of rural family structure type,production and life style in Shandong area,the modular design of steel structure is carried out for different types of rural households.3、This paper discusses the green technology design strategy of steel structure in Shandong area,including solar hot water system and shading technology.Through the application of advanced technology to improve the rural residential energy and resourceutilization methods,to meet the energy saving,ecological,environmental protection and other requirements,at the same time effectively reduce the cost of living farmers,to achieve the combination of ecological and economic purposes.4、The steel houses satisfy the basic condition of the housing industry.The wall-based enclosure system is an important part of the residential building.Choosing a highly industrial production,the scene is not complicated with the installation of the envelope.This is to truly play the industrial advantages of steel residential and achieve a complete housing industry.In this paper,the structural design of the envelope for steel house is mainly used in the structural design,including the wall system and the roof system.5、The design is suitable for the green rural residential program of steel structure in Shandong area.The natural lighting simulation analysis,natural ventilation simulation analysis and energy consumption simulation analysis are carried out by software such as Design Builder.Finally,the economics of rural residential buildings are analyzed,and the application advantages of steel structure residential buildings are reflected in rural areas.
