With the rapid development of national economy,the energy consumption of construction is increasing rapidly.The shortage of energy and the prominent environmental problems caused by it are the prominent problems facing the construction of barracks.For this reason,the Party and the state have attached great importance to the work of energy-saving renovation of barracks,especially during the Eleventh five-year Plan and the Twelfth five-year Plan,in combination with the comprehensive supporting construction work in the barracks,the work of enclosing and protecting structures has been included in it.The improvement of insulation performance of enclosing structure in cold area has become a subject that barracks builders must face.In this paper,the existing barracks are investigated and analyzed,and the causes and solutions of the problems are studied.At present,a considerable number of barracks are built in the 1970 s and 1980 s.The design of the enclosure structure is relatively simple,the gap between doors and windows is relatively large,the thermal insulation,air tightness of the building are relatively poor,and the thermal environment of the residence is poor.Building energy use efficiency is relatively low,effective energy-saving measures are less.Even though some measures have been taken,there are still some problems from the point of view of relevant professions that are not systematic enough,not standard enough,and the effect is not obvious.The reasons for the above problems can be summarized in the following three aspects: first It is not enough to pay attention to the energy-saving research of barracks,because the investment of barracks is mostly government behavior,index,and the policy incentive is not enough;second,the barracks are in a relatively closed environment,so it is difficult to enter the social research power;Thirdly,the structure of barracks is simple,the technical difficulty is not great,and it is not attractive to scientific researchers.From the angle of energy saving of barracks in cold regions,this paper focuses on the concrete measures to improve the performance of barracks in cold areas.Then focus on the barracks wall,roof,doors and windows and other surrounding structure parts,in the insulation and durability improvement,the specific study,find out the relevant measures.On the basis of collecting relevant data and theories at home and abroad,this paper focuses on field investigation,systematic summary and analysis,and comprehensively combs some measures to improve the performance of enclosing structure of barracks in cold regions,combining with some examples of barracks renovation.A systematic test and evaluation is carried out to verify the method of improving the performance of envelope structure.strategy? On the basis of collecting and sorting out all kinds of concrete cases in the renovation of barracks,this paper adopts the research methods of vertical and horizontal comparison,classification and analysis,from the aspects of material,structure,function,etc,to collect and sort out all kinds of concrete cases which have outstanding manifestation in the renovation of barracks.This paper analyzes the main methods and strategies of rebuilding the enclosing structure of barracks in cold areas.These include: exterior wall insulation treatment of barracks;energy-saving treatment of barracks roof,including inverted roofing,planting roofing,flat-to-slope roofing;material selection in the renovation of barracks' doors and windows,and related practices.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed,which leads to the improvement of thermal insulation performance of barracks in cold areas.Finally,this paper takes a certain camp in Jilin Province as an example,and provides a concrete scheme.Jilin Province is located in the northeast of China and belongs to the frigid area in the climate condition,and the energy-saving transformation of the barracks in the north is also a very important part of the national building energy-saving work,and the potential of building energy-saving is huge.In this transformation,comprehensive utilization of various energy-saving transformation methods and strategies.After energy-saving renovation of barracks,the overall thermal insulation performance of barracks has been greatly improved.Finally,the quantitative analysis is carried out from three aspects: the effect of thermal engineering transformation,economic analysis and environmental benefit,and it is verified that the actual effect meets the design requirements of energy saving in the early stage.In view of the blank of improving the performance of enclosing structure of barracks,this paper draws lessons from the successful examples of large-scale collective construction and energy-saving transformation at home and abroad,and absorbs a lot of advanced research results,and according to the actual living needs of barracks,A systematic study was carried out.The outstanding achievements are as follows: first,the differences and characteristics between barracks and ordinary civil buildings are comprehensively combed,the structural characteristics of barracks are analyzed,and the methods of energy-saving renovation of enclosing structures of barracks are determined.That is,strictly controlling the barracks' body shape coefficient,orientation,window-wall ratio,paying attention to roof energy-saving measures,selecting door and window materials,adding insulation layer,etc.,in order to reduce heat transfer;secondly,through the case of barracks construction and reconstruction in cold areas,elaborated The concrete method and strategy of enclosing structure reform of barracks,and the method of evaluating energy-saving system of barracks building with the help of scientific evaluation method.
