Research On The Leisure Space Configuration And Design Appropriate Aging About Aged At Home In Cold Region

With the continuous development of society, before the founding of the Cultural Revolution and the birth of the population is beginning to entered the aging stage, so aging rapidly into the era of China. In the current the background of aging, pension building primarily on the physical and psychological needs of the elderly characteristics of design research for elderly residential, facilities for the elderly and the elderly daily activity space.Pension requirements are concerned by all sectors of society. To architectural design,architecture disciplinary cross-over research between the various disciplines, to make architectural design more perfect. This article hopes to further address the existing problems of older persons in life and entertainment in the present situation.According to the distributed diagram of Chinese Architecture climate zones, Shenyang belong to the cold area, Because of the special climatic characteristics have an impact on the pension building design. By actually visit and research a number of domestic retirement community and pension institutions, we learned that new national construction of pension community is generally more high-grade, although complete supporting facilities,but the price is expensive. And there also have some problems, first, part of the facilities did not get the maximum use, and the hardware supporting is high-grade and complete, but the software services are undermanned. For the rapid growth of the elderly population, the state put forward the 9073 pension model, that 90% the aged with home care model through later life.On the other hand, China today have 70% of the elderly belong to “Older Youth” that is healthy and dynamic,their life have had more free time on the basis of fundamental guarantees,but only in terms of physical health to do some simple physical examination and do not need to go often to the large hospital. If the elderly can do regular physical exercise, participate in community recreational activities, not only physical and mental pleasure, and may have the spirit of optimism can bring many benefits to the health, therefore have a part of elderly need to the recreational activities to enrich their free time, so the leisure and entertainment facilities and space is produced, and it is essential. However the recreational facilities for the elderly in the existing community are basically inadequate. This article aiming at the existing problems undertake specific studies from the following three aspects.Taking into account the aging of our environment, for the majority of elderly people in the Chinese tradition and change in physiological psychology, generating a sense of belonging to the family environment, familiar environment, a sense of dependence, so 90% of the elderly can choose home care. First, the Shenyang local 100 elderly and 128 elderly in thenetwork random questionnaires, conduct investigations against the income of the elderly, most of the home care of older persons in the community average consumption level, state and demand and other leisure activities research, and ultimately determine the types of recreational activities the elderly leisure and entertainment project, the current situation and the elderly elderly leisure space for leisure and entertainment needs; secondly, the basic factor home care community leisure and entertainment space configurations identify the impact, for the "cold area" the proportion of aging species or leisure space and Shenyang area, calculated the size of the configuration space Recreation: including average index, service radius, and the area ratios for arranging home care community elderly. Finally, according to the regional characteristics of the "cold region", this is the key point of the appropriate aging design for the elderly leisure and entertainment space.Expectations in the future elderly leisure space construction process can provide researchers provide focus of attention, namely is at home in the future of community old-age leisure entertainment space alterations to provide choice, but also for new senile leisure entertainment space design to provide certain reference.
