| With the rapid development of aging in China,the traditional pension model has been unable to meet current needs.The elderly-oriented transformation of existing residential areas has become an important topic of concern to the planning community and the whole society in recent years.As one of the most concentrated existing residential areas for old people,the old residential area in college,whether in space facilities or management services,have the typicality,particularity and practical necessity of the elderly-oriented transformation.This paper first discusses the characteristics and needs of the elderly in college old residential areas.Through the methods of field observation,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper studied the composition characteristics,activity characteristics and needs of the public space of the elderly.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the elderly-oriented construction of the public space environment,summarizes its existing problems and the evaluation of the use of the public space environment by the elderly to grasp the need and necessity of elderly-oriented transformation better.Through the analysis of the excellent cases of the aging community,this paper summarizes the experience of concepts,methods,systems to guide the study of elderly-oriented transformation.It puts forward seven principles of elderly-oriented transformation such as elderly-oriented,healthy demand-oriented,neighborhood sharing,barrier-free design,intelligent management,public participation and so on.It also puts forward 16 strategies in three aspects of space,facilities and services.Finally,the empirical study is conducted in Siji Village of Tianjin University,so as to provide useful reference for the related follow up research.This study,from technical measures and management tools to achieve the elderly-oriented transformation,creates a livable,dynamic,safe and friendly living environment for the elderly. |
