Research On The Design Of The Aging Renovation Of The Public Space In The Early Residential Areas Of Shenzhen

With the explosive growth of the global aging population,the process of population aging in our country is also accelerating.According to China's national conditions,home care is the mainstream of China's pension model,but also elderly people's living most of the time for social interaction and other activities in the settlements public environments,the elderly population will naturally become the most frequent use of public space settlements.Due to the early development and construction of a large number of residential quarters in most of the public space facilities,most of the public space environment is no longer able to satisfy the needs of social development,and the design of residential public space for the elderly included in the use of small,so the early settlements public space.The transformation of aging is a very important part of many problems China entered the aging society faces in,as the research object has the very strong practical significance.Rapid growth in the number of old people in Shenzhen and the growing demand for high quality of life,leading to the current situation,most of the early Shenzhen environmental scale residential area of existing public space and facilities to meet the increasingly diverse needs of the elderly.This paper takes Shenzhen as the research background of early settlements,5 typical residential areas in this period in Shenzhen in late 80 s to early 90 s in the representative residential public space as the research object,mainly includes the following contents: through on-the-spot investigation,literature research and interviews with the elderly,analyzing the characteristic research of the living area of public space and the insufficiency,summarize the general characteristics of early Shenzhen residential public space.The choice of Yuanling village in the public space as the main object of study,analysis of elderly residential areas in the public space types and features of time and frequency,spatial distribution pattern and distance and travel through the investigation of the elderly in Yuanling village questionnaire results,summarize the elderly in the residential area of public space and environmental health facilities and spirit cultural demand and the elderly use the evaluation of the residential public space and facilities.In this paper,the author puts forward the strategy of constructing the aging aging facilities,which is based on the requirements of the aged,and chooses the suitable micro aging facilities.Then the Yuanling Village Chess Park demonstration public space suitable for aging transformation.According to the different levels of residential space situation and the demand of the elderly,select the appropriate micro aging facilities,from the home domain,three groups,community level public space put forward appropriate aging transformation strategy.I hope the study can Yuanling village public space suitable for aging reconstruction to play a guiding role,and the same type of early Shenzhen residential public space play a certain reference role suitable aging transformation,improve the elderly living environment and enhance the quality of the whole residential area.
