| China is in a process that rapid aging and deep aging are superimposed.Low-income elderly,special families and "old drifters" are facing aging dilemmas such as the weakening of family care functions and the lack of intergenerational support.Urbanization has also brought about prominent problems such as housing difficulties,loneliness and lack of community sense of belonging for "sandwich" youth.These two groups are the main guarantee objects of public rental housing,or will become the main users of public space in public rental housing.Therefore,there is a real need to establish a community support network between young and old generations.Some policies issued in recent years have also encouraged the sharing and integration of all age,especially the symbiosis and sharing between non-blood related elderly and youth.This paper based on the above background and needs,The research is about the design of public space shared by the young and the old generations,in public rental residential areas.On the basis of previous research and relevant theory,apply literature research,behavior observation,questionnaire survey and interdisciplinary research methods.The paper summarizes the current problems of built public rental housing,and the status quo of intergenerational sharing of public space,summarizes and analyzes the needs of public space of potential young and elderly residences.Based on these,this paper puts forward the design strategy of public space in public rental residential areas.This paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter one points out the research background,research questions,research purpose and significance,research object and scope definition,research content and methods,and technical route of this article.Chapter two summarizes and analyzes the development history,core ideas,development trends and lessons of intergenerational shared housing,public housing and public space in residential areas of domestic and foreign research.This part respectively sort the domestic and foreign related research literature,then summarize the research trend and situation of current research.After that,sort the relevant theories involved in the study,then point out the necessity of this study.Chapter Three,through field research and behavior observation,studies the current status of public space of Shanghai’s built public rental housing,the use of different generations,and the current status of intergenerational sharing,then analyzes the causes of these problems and deficiencies.Chapter four conducted a questionnaire survey on the public space use behavior characteristics and needs of potential young and elderly residents in public rental housing,and then made a comparative analysis of the survey results,and then summarized the public space based on three levels of behavioral characteristics,physical characteristics,and psychological characteristics usage requirements.On the basis of the above research and analysis,chapter five puts forward the five design principles of public space in public rental housing residences shared by young and old generations,and then explores specific design strategies from four levels,including the overall spatial layout,outdoor public space,public service facilities,public space of residential units.Chapter six summarizes the main conclusions,innovation points,research deficiencies and prospects of the paper. |
