With the progress of science and technology,the human mental ability has been extended.The group engaged in mental work,from the education,health,government,gradually expands to the manufacturing,services industry.Therefore,in recent years,the relevant research on the quota of mental work has become a hot topic in academic research.This paper studies the mental work of construction managers in a district of T city,so as to find a way to improve the efficiency of mental workers in government departments.Firstly,this paper describes the development status of the district.In order to improve the working efficiency of the construction managers in the district,this paper puts forward the cognitive task analysis method(CTA),a time-based mental work measurement model,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),as well as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and a series of scientific theory to solve the problem,through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the index system of mental work.With the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper carried out rating evaluation of a cadre's mental work of the district.In the first chapter,the background and significance of the research on mental work,the contents,methods and ideas of the research are expounded;The second chapter summarizes the domestic and international research status of mental work,which shows that the problems of the current research on mental labor,such as the invisibility;The third chapter first describes the development process of mental workers,and puts forward the theory and method of mental labor research,and then put forward several methods to measure or improve the efficiency of mental work.For example,CTA,a time-based mental labor measurement method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and lean mental management methods;In the fourth chapter,based on the previous research,the design of the evaluation scheme for the mental work of a cadre of the district has been carried out,also,the evaluation index system and evaluation method has been made;The last chapter of this paper explains the shortcomings of the study of mental work and prospects for future development.
