In recent years, the application of digital technology in the manufacturing industry in China is more and more deep, the shipbuilding industry is moving in the direction of digital manufacturing and precision management. Pipeline system structure is the main work of ship design, production and acceptance of each production link, because of the discreteness and complexity of its structure, always are the main part of the ship labor consumption, according to statistics, the ship piping design and production installation in the shipbuilding cycle occupies two-thirds of the proportion, so a data highlights the pipe lines are part of the working hours is one of the main factors influencing cycle and shipyard benefit. Although digital management in shipbuilding enterprises began to use, but in man hour quota statistical formulation, by experienced staff estimates, this way will not only lead to a decline in production efficiency and planning unreasonable, and in the calculation of the error in the process of uncontrollable, and several computational results and the large gap. In this contradiction, the development of engineering management software, accurate calculation of the production process of time information on the fine management of the ship is of great significance. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of pipe line working hours, in the design software TRIBON embedded pretreatment mechanism, matching extraction time calculation data, and developed a time management system to meet the requirements of fine management.For ship manufacturing industry structure complex piping system, from oriented production load control method of study and its application in ship piping system, influence of pipe line man hour calculation of volume information for analysis, then through the MATLAB platform, using BP neural network model of affect hours volume information screening, finalized hours in the calculation of the essential parameters in the process of.
