| To better measure the technical level of the construction industry,similar to the Engel coefficient used in economics to measure the wealth of a family,the proportion of budgetary quota labor cost in the quota direct cost used to measure the technical level of the construction industry.Based on the fifth edition budget quota issued by Henan Province in the past 30 years,two subcategories of cast-in-place concrete columns and cast-in-place concrete beams selected to study the change1 of the proportion of labor cost in Henan Province's budget quota.Statistical analysis shows that the proportion of budget quota labor cost in Henan Province increased by 6.3% from 1989 to 2008,decreased by 30.16% from 2008 to 2016,and increased by 8.4% from 1989 to 2008,and decreased by 4.42% from 2008 to 2016.This paper analyses the relationship between fixed labor cost,unit price and quantity of labor and the proportion of budgeted fixed labor cost,draws two-coordinate curves separately.It also makes statistical analysis on GDP of Henan Province,average wages of employed persons in national urban units,per capita disposable income of national urban residents and consumption of price level index of Henan residents.According to the above analysis,it proposed that the economic level of construction industry,the minimum wage standard and the relationship between supply and demand of labor force are the factors affecting the change of the proportion of budget quota labor cost.Industrialization of construction industry and mechanization of construction are the main factors leading to the decrease of the proportion of budget quota labor cost.In fact,the increase of labor unit price and labor cost promotes the increase of the proportion of budget quota labor cost.The increase of labor productivity caused by technological progress has also led to a decrease in the proportion of budgetary quota labor costs.The complex change of labor cost ratio is the combination of these two factors. |
