Public rental housing is a kind of policy housing with low rent.The government is in charge of the construction and buy-back of the housing,aiming to solve the housing problems of low-and-medium-income families,fresh graduates and migrant workers,who are not the qualified applicants for the low-rent housing,and meanwhile,can not afford to economically affordable housing.“Shelter” is a kind of basic survival need for human beings,so this thesis focuses on the designing concept of public rental housing.This thesis mainly analyses the development process of the public rental housing.And it also discovers the characteristics of the public rental housing instead of simply understanding it as the common residential district like most people do.Its existence is inevitable.Besides.the these studies the complex nature of the public rental housing with the reason that it covers many factors such as social factors.regional factors.Human factors environmental factors etc.therefore.The thesis analyses the basic science and rules in designing and provides abroad perspective in the future construction of the public rental housing by blending in the concepts of delicacy and latency design.Through the study of the characteristics of public rental at home and abroad,and to compare it,to explore some of the characteristics of public rental housing in China,and its analysis,found that the advantages of which can learn from the combination of China’s public rental development,Reasonable development of China ’s public rental housing construction.This study is based on the design of the monastery public rental housing as an example,combined with the Tianjin public rental project carried out a detailed and detailed analysis and summary,from the overall planning to the specific room design,a comprehensive study of the characteristics of Tianjin public rental.In this process,summed up the design can optimize the design point,through the macro of the policy interpretation,micro-detail node design analysis,summed up the experience "to take its essence,to its dross."
