With the development of economy and society,the policy system of affordable housing is becoming more and more perfect and the stocks is increasing.The acceleration of urbanization will inevitably lead to resource waste and environmental pollution.Changchun,as the capital of Jilin Province,has a high population density,rapid urban expansion and increasing demand for housing security.In order to ensure the housing needs of low-and middle-income families,the construction of affordable housing in Changchun has been increasing year by year.However,the problems of resource and environment brought by large-scale construction are inevitable,and the heating energy consumption caused by the climate and environment in severe cold areas is huge,and Changchun,as the core city of the three northeastern provinces,is no exception.At the same time,the evaluation system of green buildings has been further improved,and the green design methods has gradually become the mainstream,and the design of affordable housing has gradually been affected.Adopting proper design methods can scientifically reduce energy consumption and obviously improve the living environment.Under this background,it is of great significance to study the green design of affordable housing.Based on the special geographical climate and high energy consumption of heating in severe cold regions,and the increasing construction of affordable housing in Changchun.In this paper,public rental housing in Changchun city is chosen as the research object of green design.Through on-the-spot investigation and investigation of the existing public rental housing in Changchun,and sorting out the network and academic data.Starting from the climate and urban environment of Changchun,this paper summarizes the policy items,planning and site selection,architectural layout and single design of public rental housing projects,and puts forward some existing problems;Three typical residential quarters are selected for building technology simulation analysis,and green design strategies are put forward from three aspects: planning site selection and building layout,building unit and site design.Finally,the results are analyzed through experimental design and building technology simulation evaluation based on green design strategy,and the effectiveness of green design is verified.Most of the researches on public rental housing in severe cold areas in China is based on energy saving or indoor space.This paper systematically studies the application of green design strategy in Changchun public rental housing for the first time,which promotes the building to create a good living environment and reduce energy consumption in the design stage,provides theoretical support for the green design of public rental housing in severe cold areas,and has reference significance for other types of residential buildings.
