Research On The Design Method Of The Public Rental Housing

Public rental housing is used to provide low rent housing for urban low-income groups.In recent years,many cities in the country have also announced and launched a public rental housing construction plan and comprehensive construction.The research on public rental housing has many theoretical,practical and social significance.However,due to the construction of public rental housing in our country has just started,In the field of planning and architectural design,the experience is less.Faced with a large number of construction needs,the urgent need for in-depth study of public rental housing.Therefore,this article from the public rental housing design methods to explore and research,and strive to provide a reference for the relevant design units.This paper takes the newly built public rental housing in Dalian city as the research object.Mainly through the collection of domestic and foreign literature in this field,the relevant information and practical cases,analysis and summary.At the same time,through the real investigation and other methods of Dalian City Center for public rental housing project status and the needs of the tenants to sort out.Summarizing the design methods and Strategies of Dalian public rental housing planning design and architectural design in two aspects.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: First of all,through the comparative study of the domestic and foreign public rental housing design methods,from the theoretical research,design basis,practice case analysis,draw lessons from experience and design inspiration(second chapters);Secondly,through the actual investigation,the paper summarizes the characteristics of the life style and the actual needs of the housing,as well as the central city of Dalian has built public rental housing project design features.To provide a realistic basis for the design of public rental housing and design reference(third chapters);Third,put forward the design principle of the level of the public rental housing planning based on theoretical analysis and practical investigation,combined with the actual situation of the construction of Dalian public rental housing,public rental housing planning and design strategy discussion from residential district planning and layout,environment and facilities(Chapter fourth);Finally,put forward the design principle of the level of the public rental housing construction based on theoretical analysis and practical investigation,to explore the building monomer design design,indoor public space,residential units and specific design strategies(Chapter fifth).
