The purpose andsignificance of this study is to hope that raising advice of the architectural design ofpublic rental building through research. Then, it can ensure its effective operation, andcontribute to perfect the affordable housing system, ensure people rational purchase,control the housing price to be at a low level, promote the whole society be harmoniousand stable development.To public rental housing, the research literature from a policy is many. The angle of thisstudy is to research the architectural design of public rental housing under the effect ofthe housing needs of suitable user.
