Research On The Strategic Planning Of North Area Of Jilin Hi-Tech Industrial Zone Through The Perspective Of Regional Integration

Hi-tech Industrial Zone is a comprehensive region, the formation of which depends on the intelligence-intensive industries,and with the purpose of developing high-tech and high technology products,it will promote combination of research, education and production, and promote the coordinate development of science technology, social and economic.As a form of technology and economic activity,and due to differences in location, natural resources, productivity levels, humanities and social conditions, the norm of planning and construction to Hi-tech Industrial Zone must be high.The State Council carry out "Program Planning to cooperative development of China Tumen river area--with the Chang-Ji-Tu area for the development and opening-up pilot area"in August30,2009,wich improve development of Chang-Ji-Tu area to the level of National Strategy. Changchun and Jilin (be short for Chang-Ji) is the direct hinterland of Chang-Ji-Tu, which is the core area of put Chang-Ji-Tu development and opening strategy into practice. Chang-Ji-Tu area,which for Changchun and Jilin as the core,have become the most powerful development area. Chang-Ji-Tu area is not only a contact of space,but also a industrial integration.This paper research on planning strategy of the north area of Hi-tech Industrial Zone of JiLin:Firstly, the author analysis the background of the research of Hi-tech Industrial Zone in our country, and put forward the research purpose, meaning, content, method of this article; Secondly,with the introduce of the concept and related theory and specific example,the author takes some examples of planning of Hi-tech Industrial Zone. Furthermore,,Through analyze to the planning of north area of Hi-tech Industrial Zone of JiLin,the author focus on Integration Process of industry and space.. Finally,the author compares the planning ande the The actual construction,then proposed strategies of industrial specific planning in Northern District of Jilin Hi-tech Industrial Zone.Recently,there are many researches about planning and design of Hi-tech Industrial Zone. However,the focus of this study is northern area of Jilin Hi-tech Industrial Zone operate plannling method under Chang-Ji-Tu strategic Planning Background. The results of the study will be helpful to speed up process of the integration of Chang-Ji-Tu area.
