| As important land and water transportations,ports play key roles in China’s economic construction.As the tonnage of China’s ports continues to expand,the annual throughput of goods hits record,followed by a huge waste of energy and environmental deterioration.With the increasing competition among ports,import bulk terminal is developing in the direction of large-scale,multi-purpose and energy-saving.However,the type of goods which are unloaded in many bulk terminal is single.It influences greatly the development of ports’ economy.Therefore,faced with complex situation,it is necessary to put forward a set of solutions.Considering loading and unloading equipments and many other factors,this paper select the proper loading and unloading device.A delivery route is planned for conveying system to deliver different materials.In the end,use the motor reduction technology to reconstruct the belt conveyors in yard to save energy.Fist,this paper studies the present situation and developmental trend of unloading,transportation and storage in import bulk terminal.Nowadays,import bulk terminal is developing in the direction of large-scale,multi-purpose and energy-saving.It requires port to adapt to different bulk carriers and to unload different types of bulk materials.At the same time,it is also important to minimize the waste fo energy and reduce the costs to enhance the bulk terminal’s competitiveness.Second,loading and unloading equipment,process and delivery systems influence energy consumption in terminal.Use Analytic Hierarchy Process to select the proper ship unloader and select the right reclaim equipment according to the situation in yard.According to the types of ships and materials and other factors,this paper carries out the planning and design for belt conveyors.Use the motor reduction technology to reconstruct the belt conveyors in yard to save energy.At last,this paper takes Fangcheng port as an example and uses AHP to select grab ship unloader as the unloading equipment.Select bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer to work in yard.Plan a transport path to make coal and ore travel in different path.Finally,according to the four operating working conditions,use motor-reduction technology to save energy and develop a special energy-saving computing software by using VC++6.0. |
