With the development of China’s economy in recent years, port companies pay moreand more attention to the work of energy-saving emission reduction. The production ofenergy consumption accounted for 40% of the total electricity consumption in the coalterminal, while the largest energy consumption is handling machinery and equipment andtransport equipment of level. So how well to configure the device to complete the efficientloading and unloading tasks as the lowest energy consumption, increasingly important inthe port operation of the equipment.Access to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the paper studies theenergy optimization of the coal unloading and loading process with the actual workingconditions of the port. The main work is as follows:Firstly, through the study of the relationship between equipments of the coalunloading process, the unloading process is divided into three nodes: a roll-over, conveyorand stacker. On this basis, to build the objective mathematical model which with theminimum energy consumption. Combining with the equipment operation parameters of aport, using the discrete bacterial colony chemo taxis to solve the function, and usingMATLAB simulation to get the more energy-saving equipment configuration.Secondly, reaching the status of multiple processes running at the same time in theloading operation process, and aiming at the port with channel narrow and berth is little,the loading process is divided into taking, transport and shipment to be studied, toestablish a target mathematical model with the minimum energy consumption and theshortest loading time, and using the improved multiple objective bacterial colony chemotaxis which adds the mapping operation for solving it. The optimal solution of the loadingprocess for the different needs is obtained by the numerical example.Finally, according to the loading and unloading process flow optimization research,combined with a port of the existing power monitoring software, made Microsoft VisualStudio.NET as the platform and B/S as the operation mode to design process optimizationinterface, staff input the relevant data in the interface, can obtain the energy-saving scheme of the unloading or loading process.
